Future Proofing Tips - Work-In PDF.

Working In. A skill worth practicing, because sometimes you don't want to train your hardest, hit personal records, leave the gym knackered, ruin yourself for the rest of the day, feel sick, nauseous or bring on a migraine...which can often happen when "working-out" Or perhaps you are new to exercise, returning after a long break, feeling a little under the weather but would still like to move, with medicine it's all about the dose. I wrote this programme for a client recently, who was indeed needing to get "back into it" The focus should be on your breathing, not the movement. You are figuring out how to breathe and move. So give this a go. Nostril breathing only. If your body switches to mouth breathing or your mouth dries out, take a rest for 60 seconds, reset and then go again, move slowly. Enjoy. Stuart.
